How much deposit Do I need to pay?

You will have to pay £260 as a deposit. You must send the money and booking form within 48 hours to have your room secured.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

As per the cancellation policy, the agreement can be canceled within four weeks before the start date of renting the Accommodation. Suppose you cancel the contract within four weeks, right before the start date. In that case, the deposit and the license fee will become non-refundable.

Suppose your entry visa into the UK has gets refused. In that case, you can cancel the agreement by sending a notice in writing to the licensor. In such a case, you have to provide a copy of the letter from the British embassy within 15 days of the issue. You will have to pay the booking fee in this case.

If the licensor cancels the agreement, the licensor will send it in writing before the start date. Under such circumstances, all fees that the licensee has before paid will be paid back.

If the licensee cancels the payment after the start date, the licensee will pay the license fee, the initial bedding, cleaning, booking, and any other service fee they may have availed.
